Service Training - 2-Day Course

This class allows you to perform warranty repairs on all air-cooled products (OPE and HSB)

This course is currently offered in-person or as a live-stream online. If attending via live-steam, the course is an interactive web-based format.

Installation Training

This class will ensure you understand and have proper knowledge of the installation requirements, best practices and code considerations for Air-Cooler and Liquid-Cooled Res/Com standby generators. The class will have several knowledge check questions that are not scored. Each attendee will go through 3 assessment modules that will be scored and will require an 80% to pass.

This course is now 100% online and self-paced! You can start and stop the course as many times as you need. Once passed, you will gain access to the PROresouces generator sizer, PROresources quote builder.
