RETURN POLICY

Green Mountain Electric Supply will assist you in handling all returns in a fair and courteous manner. Please help GMES with this process by contacting your local branch with any information you may have regarding returns. All returns will be corrected in a prompt manner, and any stock return will be completed within one business day. GMES drivers and warehouse personnel are not authorized to approve returns but can certainly help aid with your return by getting the material back to your local branch. 

Stock Material returns

Any stock material that is unused, in resalable condition, and is current material design will be considered for return by your local GMES branch. Green Mountain Electric Supply reserves the right to limit the quantity and dollar amount of material returned. All returns are subject to the vendors restocking fee and freight back to vendor.

Non-stock and Direct Ship Returns

Any non-stock and direct ship material that is unused, in resalable condition, in original undamaged packaging, and is current material design will be considered for return by your local GMES branch. Green Mountain Electric Supply reserves the right to limit the quantity and dollar amount of material returned. All returns may be subject to the vendors restocking fee and return freight to the vendor.

Defective Material Returns

Any defective material can be reviewed by your local GMES branch and will be returned in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Since warranties differentiate by vendor, your local GMES branch can happily assist with any questions you may have regarding defective returns.

Non-Returnable Materials

  • Any product that is cut to customer needs and/or modified
  • Any product that cannot be proven that it was purchased at GMES or purchased over at GMES over 90 days ago
  • Any custom material that was made to order for the customer
  • Any material that the vendor denies
  • Obsolete or discontinued material
